More. MORE. MORE! Dandelions Part 3: Stamping

More. MORE. MORE! Dandelions is a book dedicated to those who don't mind a few dandelions and for the dads who are always wishing for more time with their children.

I hope you buy the book for your family or as a gift for an enthusiastic new dad or a blossoming young reader! The book is available on AMAZON. I really appreciate your support!

In September 2016, I was preparing for my Three Ghost Friends experience at Monroe's Orchard, an event I do every year for their Apple Harvest Festival. I love having crafts and activities for families to do after their apple picking.

Months before, I had purchased a box of erasers at a garage sale and had the idea to make ghost stamps for the children to make their own Halloween cards.

The ghost stamps were a huge hit. Many people remarked that it was such a cool idea. I thought, If I can make ghost stamps maybe I could make dandelion stamps and probably even people. The images below are my first attempts.

Not very good, but I thought there was promise in these first attempts. I made a quick and rough dummy book with my first cut eraser stamps too. I photographed most of the pages from the dummy book for you to see.

I was encouraged by this dummy book. It was all there. The whole story that was in my head. I just needed more practice and trip to the store to get more art supplies!
